PRISTINA, June 29 (Hina) - All Albanian officials and the press in Kosovo have applauded the extradition of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic to the Hague war crimes tribunal. For representatives of Kosovo Albanian
political and administrative structures, as well as for ordinary citizens, the extradition is an expected and logical end to the policy of the "Balkan executioner." The UN civil administrator in Kosovo Hans Haekkerup hailed the extradition in a special statement. Politicians, analysts and ordinary citizens think Belgrade decided to extradite the former head of state to get assistance at today's donor conference. They, however, do not underestimate the part the international community played in the whole event. All statements say the Milosevic extradition is the first step in a broader process that will include the extradition of the other war criminals indicted by the Hague tribunal.

Koha Ditore daily quoted prominent human rights advocate Adem

lost every right to rule Kosovo, as well as that the Albanians'
aspirations for independence were realistic and significant for
the stability of the Balkans and Europe.
