ZAGREB, June 14 (Hina) - Not one of the 3,620 redundant employees at the Interior Ministry will be dismissed until a care programme is adopted. The programme should be completed by August, representatives of the public and local officials and employees union and the Interior Ministry said today during a meeting. Union secretary Nina Milicevic told Hina the excess employees to be dismissed will be taken care of through severance pay and all rights in the collective agreements, which will be confirmed by the care programme. Based on the new system of organisation in the Interior Ministry, 3,620 people were found to be redundant, and most of them will be transferred to other posts, Milicevic said. Union and police representatives confirmed today that the excess employees, who will not be fired, will be transferred to the Justice Ministry, the Environment Ministry and protection companies,
