SARAJEVO, May 14 (Hina) - Jozo Krizanovic on Thursday took over the duty as the chairman of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency, thus replacing Zivko Radisic. The Croat member of the Presidency took over the duty after the
implementation of a regular rotation included in the rule book on the work of the three-member Presidency, thus replacing the Serb member of the Presidency. After the eight-month term in the office, Krizanovic will be replaced by the Bosniak member of the Presidency. In the Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency, Krizanovic replaced Ante Jelavic, whom High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch relieved from his duties on March 7. The Social Democratic Party (SDP) of Bosnia-Herzegovina put up Krizanovic's candidacy, while new Bosniak member of the Presidency Beriz Belkic was the candidate of the Party for Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Croat member of the Presidency took over the duty after the

In the Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency, Krizanovic replaced Ante

During the ceremony held in Sarajevo in the presence of Ambassador
Petritsch and numerous representatives of the diplomatic corps,
Krizanovic said he intended to concentrate on implementing
constitutional-legal reforms in the country, accelerating the
return of refugees and displaced persons, establishing and
strengthening state authorities, and a transparent public
spending.
"As a Croat, I will invest all my efforts in helping Bosnia-
Herzegovina become a country which us, Croats, as well as Bosniaks,
Serbs and other citizens, accept and love because it cares about us
and affirms our identity, as well as national and personal
interests and well-being, Krizanovic said.
