ZAGREB MAYOR RECEIVES REPRESENTATIVES OF SOME 40 CZECH TOWNS ZAGREB, June 7 (Hina) - Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandic on Thursday received representatives of about 40 Czech towns and cities who are on a study tour through Croatia.
Representatives of these towns, which used to be capitals and centres of Bohemia, Moravia and Silezia, have so far visited Porec, Motovun, Rovinj, Pula, Rijeka, Zadar, Trogir, Plitvice Lakes and Split. The purpose of the association of historical capitals of Bohemia, Moravia and Silezia, that organised this study tour, is to collect financial means for the reconstruction and maintenance of historical and cultural heritage of those towns.(hina) ms
