PRISTINA, May 24 (Hina) - Twenty members of the Presevo, Medvedje and Bujanovac Liberation Army (OVPMB) have surrendered to international peace forces in the southern Yugoslav province of Kosovo, Albanian sources said on Thursday. The
same sources added the 20 soldiers were members of the first OVPMB brigade, "Fatmir Ibishi", which controlled several villages in the municipality of Bujanovac. Among those who surrendered was the commander and one of OVPMB's founders, known as Haxhia. According to KFOR forces, almost 400 OVPMB members have thus far responded to KFOR's appeals and an order issued by KFOR commander General Thorstein Skiaker. KFOR sources in Prizren said today KFOR's German members had arrested 11 members of the National Liberation Army from Macedonia, of whom two were wounded.
