VIENNA, May 20 (Hina) - The two-week negotiations on the succession of the property of the former Yugoslavia held in Vienna will enter their second week Monday. Today afternoon the delegations of former Yugoslav states received a new
draft agreement prepared by international mediator Sir Arthur Watts and associates, sources close to the negotiators say. The previous draft agreement with all annexes showed differences among delegations in certain issues (federal real-estate and movables on the former Yugoslav territory, embassies and consulates abroad, acquired rights, archives, pensions, intellectual property and financial means). The new text has been amended with new requests and suggestions of individual delegations which were so far accepted, but numerous issues remain unsolved.(hina) lml
