Kosovo Serbs should realise it, but, unfortunately, various groups of people in northern Kosovo are trying to exploit this issue for scoring their own political points, Haekkerup said. Commenting on the situation in the region, he said a parliamentary election, held in Montenegro on Sunday, and further developments would certainly impact the state of affairs in Kosovo. The civilian administrator announced a general election in Kosovo until the end of this year, and added that the UN mission was now working on the reconciliation of the ethnic group
