CONTACT GROUP TO VISIT MONTENEGRO IMMEDIATELY AFTER POLLS - YU PM

BELGRADE, April 21 (Hina) - Yugoslav Prime Minister Zoran Zizic said on Saturday representatives of the Contact Group would arrive in Podgorica after the Montenegrin election to convey their stance on "the preservation of the joint state." The international community is "firmer in this than before," Zizic was quoted in Novi Sad's Gradjanski List. "I was told during my talks in Moscow that the Contact Group had decided to insist on further Montenegro-Serbia talks and the preservation of the federal (Yugoslav) framework," he said referring to his visit to Russia last week. According to Zizic, the international community "realises that Montenegro's separation from the federation would destabilise not only FRY (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) but the entire Balkans as well." He thinks the upcoming Montenegrin election might be rigged and maintains this would stir discontent among the population. "

His coalition "Together for Yugoslavia" is expected to come second to Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic's "The Victory is Montenegro's" coalition. (hina) ha
