BELGRADE, April 19 (Hina) - Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica on Thursday forwarded a letter to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan conveying his bitterness with yesterday's explosion in Pristina while the Yugoslav Foreign Ministry
requested that the U.N. Security Council convene urgently. Kostunica claims that the explosion, which killed one Serb woman and injured four policemen, is the result of "the poor security situation in Kosovo, which is particularly detrimental to the remaining non-Albanian population."
