Mostar on Wednesday. He said that 917 Croat, ten Serb, and three Bosniak cantonal policemen had signed a proclamation whereby they refuse obedience to the federal Interior Ministry. Said policemen also refuse to acknowledge new authorities in the federation, which comprises parties of the Alliance for Change. "As of now our only government is the government of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton," said Mandic. International community representatives in Bosnia have announced the policemen who refuse obedience to the federal Interior Ministry will be dismissed.(hina) ha sb
