from last October to this February, in which they stressed that the position of minorities was unacceptable and everybody could end up a victim in Kosovo. OSCE Mission chief in Kosovo, Daan Everts, told a news conference that the degree of the lack of trust among ethnic communities was very profound, and the published report does not include any good news. Everts stressed the Albanian community should understand that a new era has began in Kosovo in which national minorities must be welcome.
