Sunday, for ethnic cleansing in the southern Yugoslav province of
Kosovo.
Del Ponte is confident Milosevic could be extradited to the
tribunal by year's end. She said Belgrade's refusal to extradite
him would force her to demand the UN Security Council to impose
sanctions on Serbia.
