ZAGREB, March 19 (Hina) - It is important to separate the issue of injured parties-depositors at the Ljubljanska Bank from problems which should be resolved within talks on succession to the former Yugoslavia, Erik Jurgens, head of a
delegation of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, said after two-day talks with representatives of Ljubljanska Bank depositors, Croatian parliament, Croatian National Bank and competent ministries. Jurgens said the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly got involved in the problem prompted by a petition sent to the Council of Europe by Ljubljanska Bank depositors who did not transfer their claims to the public debt of the Republic of Croatia and whom the Ljubljanska Bank owed 350 million German marks. The Parliamentary Assembly delegation will tomorrow travel to
Sarajevo, where they will meet BH parliamentarians, after which
