HR-BULLETIN-Politika BRIEF NEWS BULLETIN IN ENGLISH NO. 3922 HINA ZAGREB, MARCH 4 UN MISSION HEAD FOR STOPPING PARALLEL BODIES OF AUTHORITY IN BOSNIASARAJEVO, March 4 (Hina) - The Dayton peace accords will not be changed and the international community will resolutely oppose every attempt to introduce parallel bodies of authority in Bosnia, the head of the United Nations Mission to Bosnia said on Saturday. The Dayton peace accords will not be subject to further negotiations either under threat or one-sided breaches of the Bosnian Constitution, Ambassador Jacques Klein said in a statement written on the occasion of yesterday's proclamation of Bosnian Croat self-government. Klein further says the recent past of this region clearly shows that the rights of citizens are protected by a universal rule-of-law and not the selfish and corrupt government of those who claim they are the only representatives of an ethnic community.
