on Saturday morning visited a World War Two national heroes' vault at Zagreb's Mirogoj cemetery which was damaged in Thursday evening's blast of an explosive device planted under the monument. President Mesic laid flowers in front of the vault. He told reporters that those who could disturb the dead under the cover of darkness did not deserve any comment. "They are cowards... in somebody's service, and it is up to the police to establish whose," Mesic said.
