OSIJEK OSIJEK, Feb 13 (Hina) - A firm "Elektromodul" in the eastern Croatian city of Osijek and U.S. company Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF) on Tuesday signed a contract on the establishment of their joint firm for offering
service of cable television called "Elektromodul KATV". SEAF is investing 550,000 dollars in the newly-established firm and thus gaining 49 percent of the ownership. The money will be used for the modernisation and expansion of a cable TV grid. This will eventually speed up the development of new Internet and telephone services. The director of "Elektromodul", Damir Taslidzic, said the expansion of this grid will lead to the creation of 15 new jobs. SEAF is active in 13 countries on four continents.
