VUKOVAR PORT VUKOVAR, Jan 16 (Hina) - Five Yugoslav ships carrying some 5,000 tonnes of corn from Romania entered the port in the eastern Croatian town of Vukovar late on Monday evening, Vukovar port authorities said. The corn is
intended for the Croatian and Bosnia-Herzegovina markets. The corn has been imported by the Osijek-based company In-Cubo, which was involved in a so-called 'wheat affair' which took place last summer and autumn. The company stalled the payment of wheat to farmers from eastern Croatia who then staged protest rallies and blocked traffic. The load is part of an order of 15,000 tonnes of corn which will be re-loaded in the port.(hina) rml
