ZAGREB, Jan 4 (Hina) - In the third trimester of 2000, Croatia's Gross Domestic Product rose by 4.1 percent in comparison to the same period of time in 1999, the State Bureau of Statistics said on Thursday. The increase continued the
GNP growth begun in the last trimester of 1999 and indicates that Croatian economy is slowly coming out of recession. In 2000, GNP rose by 3.7% in the first and by 4.5% in the second trimester.
