LJUBLJANA, Dec 28 (Hina) - Slovenes will vote on their country's integration in the European Union and NATO in the first half of 2003, and most of them support a single referendum, according to an opinion poll conducted by Ljubljana's
"Delo" paper.

integration in the European Union and NATO in the first half of
2003, and most of them support a single referendum, according to an
opinion poll conducted by Ljubljana's "Delo" paper. #L#
Sixty percent of respondents support a single referendum on joining
the two associations, while 31% support separate votes as suggested
by senior state officials. At the moment, 68.7% of Slovenes would
vote for joining the EU, while support for integration in NATO is
much lower - 43%.
