ZAGREB, Nov 21 (Hina) - Retired Croatian Armed Forces Admiral Davor
Domazet Loso on Thursday discontinued his interview with Hague-
based war tribunal investigators in his capacity as suspect,
because, as he said, he had not been told a single fact why was he a
suspect, but made himself available to the tribunal, should
prosecutors present concrete facts. #L#
"In two and a half days, we did not hear a single fact which would
incriminate me. This is the harshest violation of fundamental human
rights because I'm a suspect and I don't know what am I suspected
of," Domazet told an extraordinary press conference, immediately
after leaving the ICTY office in Zagreb.
Admiral Domazet said he continued to respect all international
institutions, including the Hague-based tribunal, before which he
would appear should an indictment be issued against him.
"I am ready to bear all consequences and if necessary I will board on
a plane for The Hague, but I could not allow this," Domazet told
reporters.
