Rojs reacted to a statement by Istrian Democratic Assembly (IDS) MP
Damir Kajin, who said that "drug smuggling erupted during the war,
and high ranking army and police officers were involved in it". Rojs
asked that Kajin name these officers.
Rojs claimed that intelligence services today were full of people
linked to drug smuggling who "are a threat to national security, as
is the recently launched action to arrest or kill General Ante
Gotovina," a Hague war crimes tribunal indictee.
Rados reacted to Rojs' claims, saying that his "mouth is full of
Croatia and his pockets full of money".
Rojs hurled several insults at Rados, calling him, among other
things, "traitor of the Croatian state".
As a result, parliament vice president Ivica Kostovic reprimanded
Rojs.
Rojs told reporters later he had information that the government
brought a decision on Wednesday evening to cooperate with NATO's
Stabilisation Force in Bosnia in an attempt to arrest Gotovina.
Rojs claimed the action was being conducted in the Drnis-Sinj-Rama
triangle, specifically in a Franciscan monastery in Scit in Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
