under UN embargo.

debate on a "confidential" document about the sale of Yugoslav arms
to Iraq and some other countries under UN embargo. #L#
The document was delivered to the president of the Council of
Citizens, Dragoljub Micunovic, by US Ambassador to Yugoslavia
William Montgomery.
Micunovic said in the open part of the session the scandal involving
the arms sale would pose a problem to Yugoslavia's admission to the
Council of Europe and other international structures.
