The list of "faultless" beneficiaries of budget monies are the
Ministry of European Integration, the Culture Ministry, the
Education and Sports Ministry, the Ministry of Labour and Social
Welfare, the State Institute for the Protection of Families,
Motherhood and Youth, the Croatian Employment Bureau and the
Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
According to the sate audit report, the number of state budget
beneficiaries that operate without any greater irregularities is
growing each year.
Auditors estimated that the majority of budget beneficiaries
attempted to repair previously indicated irregularities, however,
there were still some institutions that did not adhere to
regulations and operate inefficiently.
