MOL, Austrian OMV and Russian Rosneft who have submitted obliging offers including the amounts they are prepared to pay for 25 percent plus one share in INA.
ZAGREB, Nov 4 (Hina) - The process of privatising INA - Croatia's
oil company - is unfolding at the set pace with a deep investigation
of the company's business dealings conducted by three potential
strategic partners - the Hungarian MOL, Austrian OMV and Russian
Rosneft who have submitted obliging offers including the amounts
they are prepared to pay for 25 percent plus one share in INA. #L#
The estimated value of INA depends on the method of evaluation and
is in the vicinity of between 1.3 billion to 1.8 billion US
dollars.
This was said during a visit on Monday by Economy Minister Ljubo
Jurcic.
Tomislav Dragicevic, the president of the Board in INA reported on
business activities during the restructure of the INA group of
companies and the situation found in 2000 as well as the business
objectives achieved in the past three years.
