According to announcements, the talks should focus on the
prosecution's request that Yugoslav authorities arrest all those
accused of war crimes, including Bosnian Serb Ratko Mladic, who is
believed to be in Serbia, and on undisturbed access for Hague
investigators to archives and witnesses in Yugoslavia.
Minister Svilanovic, who is meeting del Ponte at 2 PM, has said he
expects the chief prosecutor will express a "certain
dissatisfaction with the level of cooperation to date".
Assistant Justice Minister Nebojsa Sarkic told Radio B92 earlier on
Monday del Ponte did not submit evidence that Mladic and the other
accused were hiding in Yugoslavia.
"The chief prosecutor can submit to specific services this alleged
address and see if our... official state services are willing to
cooperate or not. I claim that she has not done it yet," said
Sarkic.
