One has to see the proposals the chief prosecutor will put forward,
Granic told reporters in parliament, where he attended a session of
the Committee on the Constitution, Rule Book and Political System.
Croatia expects the Hague-based tribunal will establish a council
of appeals which will agree to a debate on the requests the Croatian
government has submitted to the tribunal, said Granic.
He added there had been no particular agreements with del Ponte
recently, except concerning the date of her visit, which has been
announced for the end of October.
Del Ponte's visit to Zagreb will be part of a tour which will see her
stop in Sarajevo, Belgrade and Albania before submitting a report
to the UN Security Council.
