Crosco is Croatia's leading company providing services on oil
fields, and the loan arrangement is its first and, according to
company officials, successful entry onto the international loan
market.
The loan, which Crosco is to repay within six years, will partially
be used to re-finance short term obligations and partially for
capital expenses.
