banks' representatives on granting loans for county business

The agreement was signed by Minister Zeljko Pecek, County Prefect
Branimir Luksic and representatives of the Erste&Steiermaerkische
bank, Hypo Alpe-Adra bank, Nova bank, Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ),
Raiffeisenbank Austria and Zagrebacka banka.
An agreement was also signed with representatives of Split City
which independently became involved this year into a programme of
favourable loans for businessmen.
The agreement is worth 42 million kuna and the banks involved are
the Erste&Steiermaerkische bank and PBZ.
During the past ten days and as part of the "Poduzetnik 2"
programme, the ministry has signed agreements with Pitomaca
municipality, Koprivnica-Krizevci County, Varazdin County and the
town of Samobor. The loan potential is 530.7 million kuna.
