The Council of Ministers adopted conclusions which strongly
support cooperation with the ICTY and call on Croatia to show its
cooperation also in the case of the indictment against General
Janko Bobetko, the source told Hina over the telephone.
The diplomatic source said this was a usual and expected first move
by the EU, which contained nothing alarming, but the apparently
soft rhetoric used by the ministers should not be taken lightly at
all.
The EU for now reminds Croatia of the importance of cooperating with
The Hague, but there are so far no indications of possible measures
by the EU, the diplomatic source said.
