Goran Mikulicic whom the government has appointed to him. #L#
In an official letter sent to the government's Office for
Cooperation with the tribunal, Bobetko says he is glad that
attorney Mikulicic protects the Croatian government's interests as
an authorised person, but that, the general added, he wanted to have
people he himself selects as his defence counsel.
"(...) Since this may be my last battle, I wish to lead it with
people I personally choose. I, thus, politely ask that this letter
be recognised as cancellation of power of attorney of Goran
Mikulicic," General Bobetko writes.
Earlier on Friday Bobetko signed power of attorney for Mikulicic,
but retracted the decision during the day.
He announced Bosiljko Misetic and Petar Sale to be in his team.
