Almost 33,000 strategic reserve troops from Italy, Poland, the
Netherlands, the United States, Romania, and Argentina will take
part in the Dynamic Response 2002 exercise.
Such exercises, aimed at bolstering NATO's ability to send
reinforcement to its troops in the Balkans in a short time, are held
annually in September.
NATO and its partners will send a clear message of their commitment
to peace and stability in the Balkans, the KFOR said.
