ZAGREB, Sept 11 (Hina) - Croatia and Indonesia have good political and bilateral relations, but they should improve their poor economic cooperation, the Croatian parliament's president, Zlatko Tomcic, said on Wednesday after his talks
with Indonesian President Megawati Sukarnoputri.

Indonesia's head of state Sukarnoputri arrived in Croatia on
Tuesday on a two-day reciprocal visit.
After their talks in the Sabor, Tomcic said Croatia and Indonesia
had good political and bilateral relations and were intensively
exchanging various projects at various levels.
He added that his talks with the Indonesian President revolved
mostly around the improvement of the insufficiently developed
bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
Upon her arrival in Croatia on Tuesday afternoon, President
Sukarnoputri held talks with her host, Croatian President Stjepan
Mesic, in his Office where the two countries' officials signed a
memorandum on bilateral consultations and a treaty on the
stimulation and protection of investment.
On Wednesday, the Indonesian President held talks with Croatia's
Premier Ivica Racan. Sukarnoputri will wrap up her visit to Croatia
with a tour to the islands of Brijuni.
