ZAGREB, Sept 3 (Hina) - Croatia Airlines (CA) transported almost 170,000 passengers in August, the company's record monthly figure and a 3.03 percent increase as against July, CA stated on Tuesday.

170,000 passengers in August, the company's record monthly figure
and a 3.03 percent increase as against July, CA stated on Tuesday.

The previous record figure was recorded in July, when CA
transported 165,000 passengers.
CA flew 2,393 commercial flights in August, including 1,926 regular
ones. The average occupancy exceeded 65 percent.
Between the start of the year and the end of August, CA transported
900,000 passengers, an increase of three percent as against the
same time last year.
This year CA expects a total of 1.3 million passengers on its
flights.
