Bozo Bacelic, Ante Mamic, Luka Vuko, and Jurica Ravlic are accused
of having murdered in cold blood on August 11, 1995, and then set
afire Milica and Nikola Damjanic, a couple from the village of
Prukljan near Skradin.
The accused all said that on the day in question they had been in
Prukljan with other members of their company on a mopping up
operation and knew nothing about the murder.
One of the accused, Bozo Bacelic, said among other things that they
had been framed "so that somebody else is protected".
