Beriz Belkic, with congratulations on an American Bar Association
award Mesic recently received for his contribution to the

Belkic said in the note that Mesic deserved the award, and that it
was important that it was given when Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia
were investing resolute efforts to pass legislation in line with
European and world standards, Mesic's Office said in a statement.
