MOSTAR/SARAJEVO, August 12 (Hina) - Representatives of the
Organisation for Cooperation and Security in Europe (OSCE) on
Monday informed the Investigative Commission of the State

Grabovac reported to Hina over the phone on Monday. #L#
Grabovac added that OSCE had "vital information" but he did not
specify about the details of that information.
Towards the end of April and early May this year, three warehouse
were discovered in Eastern Mostar and SFOR confiscated about 9000
mortar shells and three tonnes of gunpowder which is the largest
post-war weapons find in Bosnia.
Grabovac said that the Investigative Commission expected details
about the technical specifications of the shells found stating that
only SFOR had knowledge of this type of information.
Grabovac confirmed that the Investigative Commission asked the
Bosnia Presidency to be included in the investigation of the secret
warehouses in Mostar. We are not satisfied with the response from
the Bosnian Presidency relating to information about the
manufacturing details of the arms found in Mostar, Grabovac said.
He believes that it is obvious the Bosnia Presidency is not
adequately supervising the Armed Forces as set out in the Bosnian
Constitution.
