HR-BULLETIN-Politika BRIEF NEWS BULLETIN IN ENGLISH NO. 4663 HINA Zagreb, June 28 PARLIAMENT FAILS TO REACH DECISION ON KRSKO PLANTZAGREB, June 28 (Hina) - At 8.15pm Friday the Croatian parliament adjourned its session without achieving a quorum the majority of which should vote on the ratification of a Croatian-Slovene agreement on the Krsko nuclear power plant. The Social Liberal Party (HSLS) decided not to return to the parliament hall, which means it will not be able to secure the necessary quorum for voting, parliamentary president Zlatko Tomcic told MPs. He did not exclude the possibility that they might subsequently be called back into the hall. "I am not certain about whether there will be any subsequent invitations to the session, perhaps tomorrow or Monday, about which you will be informed," Tomcic told the MPs. If this does not happen, the 23rd session will continue on Wednesday. Tonight's adjournment is an end to a day-long discussion on a motion that the parliament ratify
