The book is a critical analysis of social and political movements in
the twentieth century, Supek said.
"The world has kept the global structure of authority since the
times of the pharaohs and the class of politicians is heading
states. However, political parties are established with the aim of
winning or keeping power, and their way of thinking is restricted by
a four-year mandate," said Supek.
He added that the world "is still encouraging religious and
national tensions" and that "that problem cannot be solved by those
who are leading states for a period of four years and whose sole aim
is to win or stay in power. Politicians must make decisions, but
only those who are willing to sacrifice themselves for the common
good and pull the world out of the current situation should become
involved in politics."
Father Ivan Grubisic and the director of the publishing house
"Prometej" which released the book, Bozo Rudes, spoke about Supek's
work.
