The paper claims that the incumbent Yugoslav President Vojislav
Kostunica would leave the political scene by year's end and quotes
the diplomat as saying that Kostunica is very exhausted and
apathetic and will therefore give up the presidential race in
Serbia.
Quoting their source, the daily says that the new Yugoslav
president would be Miroljub Labus, the incumbent Yugoslav vice-
premier, while Zoran Djindjic will remain Serbian Prime Minister
for a longer period of time.
The international community believes that Montenegrin President
Milo Djukanovic will win another presidential mandate.
