The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)
has prepared a document as a part of the programme on cooperation in
implementing the Stability Pact. The document says Croatia's
education system is entirely centralised. The document was
presented at the conference by OECD official Ian Whitman.
The conference is attended by 60 foreign experts and
representatives of educational institutions from 22 European
