In a letter sent to Daci, Steiner says he noted serious signs of
anxiety from new York and other main western cities regarding the
announcement that the Kosovo Assembly would be adopting the
resolution which is in contrast to the Kosovo constitutional
frame.
Stenier said the Assembly could not adopt any resolutions outside
its jurisdiction and that of the self-administration institution.
Steiner asked of the Assembly to analyse the harmful effects of the
resolution's adoption, primarily for the Kosovo Assembly and the
international community.
He also asked that Daci inform members of parliament about the
content of this letter before the Assembly session begins.
