PRISTINA: JOINT DECLARATION ON PREVENTION OF TOBACCO SMUGGLING ADOPTED

PRISTINA, May 10 (Hina) - Government representatives from Balkan countries adopted a joint declaration on regional cooperation in fighting smuggling in the Balkans at the end of a day-long conference on the prevention of tobacco smuggling in Pristina on Friday. #L# The next conference of representatives from eight Balkan countries will be held in Zagreb this September. Representatives of the Stability Pact for South-East Europe are also to participate in the Zagreb meeting, it was said at a news conference at the end of today's conference. The Zagreb meeting, it was said, should define a strategy for the continuation of the fight against tobacco smuggling.
