Maric said that his brother Borislav went missing in October 1991,
at which time he, Miroslav, lived in Germany. Zdenko Ropac, who was
a military policeman in Gospic in late 1991, and moved to Germany
after giving his testimony to the Hague investigators, said that
Maric's brother Borislav had been killed at Lipova Glavica by two
men from Perusic.
Maric also said that one of the soldiers at the Perusic barracks,
who later died, had heard Oreskovic say that "all Serbs in Gospic
are the fifth column and should be killed".
The trial resumes on Wednesday.
