ZAGREB, May 7 (Hina) - Croatia's foreign trade deficit has again exceeded the value of exports - in the first three months of 2002, the foreign trade deficit totalled USD1,067 million, while exports totalled USD1,028 million. The
export/import ratio in the first three months of this year was 49.1 percent. According the State Institute for Statistics, exports in this year's first three months were 5.9 percent lower than in the same period last year. At the same time, imports amounted to slightly more than two billion dollars (2,095 million), which is 5.3 percent more in relation to the same period last year.
