"I have received the invitation and I will certainly attend the
session scheduled for Tuesday, May 7," Ortynski told Hina.
Justice Committee chairman Luka Trconic said today he had
information that Ortynski had received the invitation but did not
know if he would attend.
Ortynski did not want to say if he had prepared evidence for his
claims on collusion between the authorities and organised crime
which he made in parliament recently.
Trconic said the session would be held behind closed doors so that
Ortynski could speak openly about issues which may constitute state
or official secrets.
