Trconic recalled that the Parliament Presidency had decided that
the Justice Committee should discuss the establishment of a
commission to investigate Ortynski's claims about collusion
between politics, judicial bodies and the media and organised
crime.
He added that the Parliament Presidency supported the decision on
the establishment of the commission with the majority vote, but it
was agreed that the Justice Committee should discuss its
establishment.
The Committee will present its stand at the next parliamentary
sitting in May, he said.
The Sabor has bound the State Prosecutor's Office and the
government to submit reports on crime in the country, particularly
organised crime.
