The office of Trieste attorney Guido Pastori, which is representing
175 Ljubljanska Banka depositors claiming back 650 million euros
from the bank's office in Trieste, today received the court
decision refusing the request that the bank's account be blocked.
The ruling refers only to the blockade of the account of the bank's
office in Trieste, but not to the request for the payment of the
Croatian depositors' claims.
