"According to everything I have learned so far, the legality of the
procedure itself is not disputable," Kostunica said.
The Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Milosevic-era army boss was
arrested on spying charges.
Perisic was arrested, along with a U.S. diplomat, in Belgrade on
Thursday evening.
The incident will also complicate relations with Washington.
