BELGRADE, March 12 (Hina) - All legal requirements for the extradition of Alija Delimustafic to Bosnia have been fulfilled, the Belgrade District Court ruled on Monday. Proceedings against the former Bosnian interior minister, accused
of economic crimes, are being conducted in his country, his attorney Momcilo Bulatovic said on Tuesday. The case will be passed on to the Federal Ministry of Justice, which will reach a final verdict. Delimustafic can appeal the verdict within three days. Delimustafic was arrested in Belgrade at the end of January for carrying false personal documents. Despite media claims that Delimustafic is responsible for the attack on a column of the then Yugoslav Army in Sarajevo in 1992, and for arming Croats and Bosniaks in Bosnia, Yugoslav authorities charged him only with possession of false documents. Delimustafic also carried a valid Croatian passport at the time of his arrest.(hina
