VUKOVAR, March 5 (Hina) - The president of the opposition's Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) said on Tuesday the ruling coalition, even if it overcomes the current crisis, "will fall into a new crisis, perhaps within the next two,
three or six months, which it will not be able to overcome." Talking to reporters in the eastern town of Vukovar on Tuesday about the issues the ruling five parties disagree about, Ivo Sanader said "the reasons why Drazen Budisa (HSLS) resigned last July, the attitude of the SDP and (Prime Minister Ivica) Racan towards the Hague (war crimes tribunal), are still present." Sanader appealed to all political parties in Croatia and voters to refrain from creating future coalitions on the platform "against somebody," basing them instead on a "joint or similar political or economic programme."(hina) ha sb
